Entertainment + Culture Pavilion

Creative Migration provides advisory support to the Entertainment + Culture Pavilion, the first dedicated culture-climate space at a UN Climate Change Conference. The Pavilion launched at COP28 in Dubai (November 30 to December 13, 2023) in the conference's Blue Zone, hosting more than 100 sessions on the role of entertainment, culture, and storytelling in climate action.

Susannah Tantemsapya has served in an advisory capacity to the Pavilion, connecting its work to Creative Migration's own programming, including the related ECCA (Entertainment + Culture Climate Action) talks series.

The Pavilion's mission, that culture and storytelling are essential tools for climate engagement, not peripheral to it, closely mirrors the conviction behind Bangkok 1899 and CCAT: that lasting climate response requires cultural, not just technical or policy, solutions.
